Group Fitness Helensburgh.

Circuit Class:

This program is a form of body conditioning that involves endurance, resistance, and aerobics training, performed in a circuit. Members are required to bring their own pair of boxing gloves.


Abb Butt and Thigh Class:

As per the name, this class will target your Core, Glutes and Thigh muscles. This class has a great mix of matt floor work, strength training and cardio. 

Core Focus Class:

This class will focus on your abdominals paired with high intensity aerobic training. 


Masters Class:

This class focuses on both strength and cardio training to maintain healthy bone density and muscle tone for lifelong fitness.


Retro Class:

Get moving to a mix of classic and contemporary dance hits in our fun and easy Retro program. No coordination is required, so just let loose and have fun!


Strength Class:

Our Resistance Training program uses weights to tone and strengthen your entire body.


Total Tone Program:

After a quick cardio warmup, this class focuses on high-energy, strength-based exercises to give you a total body workout.


Yoga Class:

Join us for a Hatha Flow Yoga class, an inclusive style of yoga that's suitable for all levels. It will help you find peace of mind and start your weekend from a calm and centered space.


Zumba Class:

Get your groove on with our Zumba program, a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training, alternating fast and slow rhythms to help improve your cardiovascular fitness.
