We also provide male and female bathrooms with showers, workout towel hire, and a vending machine for your convenience. For parents, we offer a supervised creche facility with a ball pit, so you can work out while your little ones are taken care of by qualified staff.

 

Our 24/7 gym floor features both cardio and weights equipment, as well as a boxing conditioning room for those who want to mix things up. We also have a suspension training rig and a functional fitness zone, perfect for those who want to focus on core strength and overall body fitness.

 

If you're looking for something different, we also offer squash court hire. And with plenty of on-site car parking available, you won't have to worry about finding a spot to.
