FITNESS TIME FOR MUMS
Fitness Time For Mums is running every Monday 10.15am for 45min.
This class is for mums looking to get back into exercise safley.
Tenielle who is Pre and Post natal qualified trainer will safely guide you through workouts designed for women returning to exercise after bub.
Workouts will include Pilates, cardio, core, strength and more.
Bubs are welcome in the class but we do have creche available.
