Winter Program.

This winter Burgh will be running a Winter Group Fitness Program, please see the below classes that will be running from July 2022 to October 2022.

Lifestyle Program:

All Lifestyle Members and Fitness Passport Members will have access to weekly classes tha suit your lifestyle. Our personal Trainers will ensure that you get the most out of each class to assist you on your fitness journey.

Core Focus:

This class is all about the engagement of the core by using exercises to assist in stability and strength of the abdominal muscles. Integrated with cardio this workout will assist in your everyday training for a stronger you!

HIIT:

High, Intensity, Interval Training that will challenge and improve cardio endurance.

Master Class:

This class is designed for our over 60's Wisdom Members. It focuses both on cardio and strength training to maintain healthy bone density and muscle toning for lifelong fitness.

Retro Dance Fit:

A fun and easy dance based aerobic workout to a mix of oldies and latest dance hits. No coordination required.

 

Strength:

Resistance training using a range of weights to tone and strengthen the body. Our Strength classes are run in 6 week program rotations so that you get the most out of your session. This class will include heavy lifting and conditioning. Monday classes are upper body and Thursdays lower body.

Yoga and Morning Flow:

Hatha Flow yoga is an inclusive style of yoga to suit all levels. This class will help bring peace tp the mind and help start your day from a calm and centred space.

 

Zumba:

Is a fitness program that combines latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routine incorporates interval training, alternating fast and slow aerobic training to improve cardio fitness whilst having fun!
