Group Fitness.

Lifestyle Program:

All Lifestyle Members and Fitness Passport Members will have access to 20+ classes a week to suit your lifestyle. Our personal Trainers will ensure that you get the most out of each class to assist you on your fitness journey.

BST:

Blood, Sweat and Triumph. Get your blood pumping, sweat pouring and feel the triumph at the end of this bootcamp style workout.. Challenge yourself with tyre flipping, battle ropes, sled and more!

Boxing:

Interval Boxing Training  mixed with bodyweight exercises and core. All Members must bring their own gloves and pads. BURGH does have Boxing gloves and pads available for purchase at the front desk. 

Circuit:

A form of body conditioning that involves endurance, resistance, boxing, aerobics training performed in a circuit. "Members to bring their own boxing gloves and pads".

Core Focus:

This class is all about the engagement of the core by using exercises to assist in stability and strength of the abdominal muscles. Integrated with cardio this workout will assist in your everyday training for a stronger you!

HIIT:

High, Intensity, Interval Training that will challenge and improve cardio endurance.

Master Class:

This class is designed for our over 60's Wisdom Members. It focuses both on cardio and strength training to maintain healthy bone density and muscle toning for lifelong fitness.

Retro Dance Fit:

A fun and easy dance based aerobic workout to a mix of oldies and latest dance hits. No coordination required.

Step Up to Bar:

A great mix of step aerobics and pre choreographed strength training to your favourite tunes.

 

Strength:

Resistance training using a range of weights to tone and strengthen the body. Our Strength classes are run in 6 week program rotations so that you get the most out of your session. This class will include heavy lifting and conditioning. Monday classes are upper body and Thursdays lower body.

 

Total Tone:

After a quick cardio component , this class focuses on strength based exercise in high energy, fun files workout.

Yoga and Morning Flow:

Hatha Flow yoga is an inclusive style of yoga to suit all levels. This class will help bring peace tp the mind and help start your day from a calm and centred space.

 

Zumba:

Is a fitness program that combines latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routine incorporates interval training, alternating fast and slow aerobic training to improve cardio fitness whilst having fun!
