Group Fitness Helensburgh.

In addition to being Helensburgh's only 24/7 gym, Burgh Healthy Hub also offers a diverse range of invigorating group fitness programs. Our expert instructors lead a wide variety of classes, ensuring there's something for everyone regardless of your fitness level or goals. From heart-pounding high-intensity interval training to serene and calming yoga sessions, we have it all. Boxing Program:

This program features interval boxing training mixed with bodyweight exercises, finishing with a core workout. To participate, all members must bring their own boxing gloves and pads.

 

BST Program:

Experience the thrill of Blood, Sweat, and Triumph! This high-energy class includes exercises like tyre flipping, battle ropes, sled pushing and more, designed to get your blood pumping and sweat pouring. You'll feel triumphant by the end of it.

 

Circuit Program:

This program is a form of body conditioning that involves endurance, resistance, and aerobics training, performed in a circuit. Members are required to bring their own pair of boxing gloves.

 

Core Focus Program:

This class is all about engaging your core muscles for stability and strength. Integrated with cardio and strength training, it will make your whole body stronger for everyday activities.

 

HIIT Program:

Get ready for a challenge with our High-Intensity Interval Training program. It will push you to improve your cardio endurance levels.

 

Master Program:

This class focuses on both strength and cardio training to maintain healthy bone density and muscle tone for lifelong fitness.

 

Retro Program:

Get moving to a mix of classic and contemporary dance hits in our fun and easy Retro program. No coordination is required, so just let loose and have fun!

 

Step Up to the Bar Program:

This program is a great mix of step aerobics and barbell strength conditioning to help you tone and strengthen your whole body.

 

Strength Program:

Our Resistance Training program uses weights to tone and strengthen your entire body.

 

Total Tone Program:

After a quick cardio warmup, this class focuses on high-energy, strength-based exercises to give you a total body workout.

 

Yoga Program:

Join us for a Hatha Flow Yoga class, an inclusive style of yoga that's suitable for all levels. It will help you find peace of mind and start your weekend from a calm and centered space.

 

Zumba Program:

Get your groove on with our Zumba program, a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training, alternating fast and slow rhythms to help improve your cardiovascular fitness.
